About Department

The department has the proud privilege of having exceptionally qualified, experienced, dedicated and scholastic Faculty to impart knowledge in varied spheres including the latest technologies and has excellent facilities for carrying out teaching, research and consultancy activities in various disciplines of Civil Engineering. Lab facilities in the Department include Concrete Technology Laboratory, Geotechnical Engineering Laboratory, Highway Material Testing Laboratory, Surveying Laboratory, Environmental Science Laboratory, Hydraulics and Fluid Mechanics Laboratory, computer aided building design studio, structural engineering laboratory, material testing laboratory and Building Drawing laboratory. Special seminars guest lectures, extension lectures, expert lectures by eminent persons and project and industrial visits are organized to help students, to develop balanced & well groomed personality and make them successful Professional. Our department also conducts a curiosity-driven and problem-driven project that generates new knowledge. The department has excellent human resources for conducting research in structural engineering. Courses: B.Tech. in Civil Engineering - 4 Years degree programme.
